Gymnast, and if a
minor the undersigned, in attending Champions
Academy and using the facilities therein,
voluntarily, and with full knowledge thereof,
assumes all of those risks which are inherent in
any exercise of gymnastics activity, in
particular, gymnast, and if a minor, the
undersigned, understands the risks and dangers
present with gymnastic activities. The
undersigned agrees to hold Champions Academy
harmless for liability for damages arising as a
result of personal injuries sustained by gymnast
due to:
1. The ordinary
negligence of the gym operator and/or club’s
owner agents, or any other individual for whose
acts the club might otherwise be liable; And,
2. The defective
quality or performance, either as to
manufacturing of design, of any equipment of
facilities used by Champions Academy in its
business, where the defective nature and/or
dangerous propensity of said equipment or
facility is not known to the club. |
