Rookies 1
- 5-6 year olds – 55 minutes
Students are introduced to basic gymnastics skills
on all the gymnastics apparatus
including trampoline and foam pit.
Class focuses
on developing the confidence, strength,
flexibility, coordination, and physical
body awareness which can carry over to
other sports and activities.
No experience required.
Rookies 2 - 5-6
year olds – 55 minutes
Students are
introduced to more challenging
gymnastics skills and progressions in
this class
*prerequisite-
you must have a strong bridge hold,
cartwheel that starts and ends in a
lunge, front support and 3 casts on bar,
and walk solo on high beam.
Instructor consent required
before taking this class.
Rookies 3 – 5-6
year olds - 85 minutes
This is an
advanced class developed for students
who have been identified as fast-movers
in their class.
Girls at this
level have perfected basic gymnastics
skills, including handstands, back bend
kickovers, pullovers, cartwheels,
advanced vault, and balance bean skills.
Important:
This class is
by invitation only - do not
register your child for this class
without an instructor recommendation and
approval.
Super Rookies
–
5-6 year olds – 55 minutes (required to
attend 2x week)
This is an
advanced class developed for children
who have been identified as fast-movers
in their class.
They have shown
qualities of future competitive
gymnasts, such as exceptional strength,
flexibility, coordination, and metal
focus.
Super Rookies
is expected to be a feeder program for
our Pre-Team levels.
Important:
This class is
by invitation only - please do not
register your child for this class
without an instructor recommendation and
approval.
Juniors 1
- 7-8
year olds – 85 minutes
Students will
be introduced to and will develop basic
gymnastics skills on the floor, balance
beam, bars, vault and trampoline.
Students may join with little or no
experience.
Juniors 2 - 7–8
year olds – 85 minutes
Students are
introduced to more challenging
gymnastics skills and progressions in
Juniors 2.
*prerequisite-
you must have a
front
and back rolls, cartwheels, handstands,
a 30 second bridge, basic beam skills,
and a pullover and chin up “L” hold on
bars to be in Juniors 2.
Instructor consent required
before taking this class.
Seniors 1
– 9 & Up – 85
minutes
Students are
introduced to more difficult skills on
bars, floor, beam and vault.
*prerequisite-
you must have a
round off, back bend kick over, and 3
second handstand on floor, pullover and
back hip circles on bars, jumps and
turns on beam, and dive rolls on the
vault mat to join Seniors 1. Consent
from an instructor is required before
taking this class.
Seniors 2
– 9 & Up – 120 minutes
Students are
introduced to more difficult skills on
bars, floor, beam and vault.
*prerequisite-
you must have a
round off, front and back limber, and
front handspring on floor, pullover,
back hip circle and sole circle on bars,
jumps and turns on beam, and dive roll
on the vault mat to join Seniors 2.
Instructor consent required
before taking this class.

10+ Gymnastics
– 10-15 year olds – 85 minutes
This class
is designed for
girls ages 10 & older that want to learn
gymnastics at a beginning to
intermediate level. This class allows
older athletes to be in a class with
kids their own age and learn skills
specific to their abilities. This is an
excellent opportunity for middle school
kids to learn gymnastics, stay active,
and make new friends.
Pre-Team
- 5 & Up – 120
minutes (1 day or
2 days)
Pre-team
works on skills,
strength, and flexibility to prepare for
advancement to competitive team.
Dance and
presentation, as well as a refined
attention to detail is the focus at this level.
The classes are
divided into 90 minutes and 120 minute
groups. The difference between each
group is age and mental focus.
