The Final deadline for entries is January 7, 2011. Registration closes when sessions are full. A FREE, one of kind T-shirt is included with all entries.

2011 Competitive Entry Fees
Levels 4 - $70
Levels 5-7 - $85
Levels 8-10 & Elite - $95
Team Fee - $25 per team (3 or more gymnasts per level)

To reserve your spot: Deposit $200.00 with roster due by November 1, 2010
To finalize your registration: Final payment & roster due January 7, 2011

Please include:
Club Name, USAG #, Address, Telephone & Email, Coach Name(s), USAG # & Safety Certification Expiration Date, Athlete Name, USAG #, Level, Birthdates & T-shirt Size
