Gymnastics is one of the most
well-rounded of all sports. It builds strength,
flexibility, balance among many other benefits.
When children are engaging in gymnastics,
they are exercising their brains as well as their
bodies.
Most of all, it's so much fun!
What kid doesn't want to flip in the air or walk on
his/her hands?
The tangible results of this program
are not limited to gymnastics. They are skills that can
benefit and improve every other sport and activity our
students participate in.
Champions-Rec
recreational gymnastics and tumbling classes are a perfect
combination of learning, exercising and playing.
