During his career
as an athlete, Jinjing won a silver medal
at the 1996 Olympic Games and
earned five gold medals at World Championships
from 1995-1999.
He was the Chinese National All-around
Champion three years in a row, and the
Chinese National Team captain.
Since moving to United States almost 10
years ago,
Jinjing has become
an accomplished gymnastics coach, gym owner and a proud
father. He produced numerous
national, regional and state champions, notably Jr. National
Champion and Stanford University team
member Josh Dixon. Since opening
Champions Academy in Morgan Hill three years ago, Jinjing
continued to use his expertise to help kids reach their
dreams of becoming the next champion. In addition to
coaching Champions Academy boys and
girls team and recreational students, he
is currently working with Sr. National
Champion, NCAA All-around Champion,
Stanford University graduate,
Sho
Nakamori, in
pursuing of a gold medal
at 2012 London Olympic Games.
Most of all,
Jinjing is a proud father of an active three-year-old
boy. His favorite pass time is playing Wii with his
son. |
